Morag is an independent consultant specialising in coaching and mentoring.

Morag understands what it takes to be an effective leader in the public service.  She has extensive experience coaching and mentoring leaders to lift performance.  She is passionate about developing people to enable them to meet their aspirations.

Morag brings over 25 years experience as a senior leader in the public sector.  She has worked for the Department of Internal affairs at Deputy Chief Executive level, Inland Revenue and ACC leading service delivery and corporate functions.
